Municipal Law | Land Use | Zoning| Title Curative
​Our office has extensive experience handling all aspects of municipal law including defending municipal liability cases involving personal injuries, claims brought under M.G.L. c. 258, and claims brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, including claims brought against law enforcement officials for alleged police misconduct.
